Who can Apply?
Check these simle criteria before beginning your quick application.
Be at least 18 years old at the date of application
Maximum age 85 at the end of the agreement, unless choosing a term of 12 months or less, in which case there is no maximum age limit
Have an individual gross income of £10,000 or more (or a joint income if married, living with partner or in a civil partnership)
Have been a UK resident for at least 3 years
Have a mobile telephone number and valid email address
Have a valid UK driving licence or valid passport - UK or international
Have a bank account that supports Direct Debit. The account must be in the applicant's name and they must be the only signatory required to authorise a Direct Debit
Be in one of the following: Full Time Employment, Part Time Employment, Self Employed, Retired, in receipt of Disability Allowance or Homemaker

Everything you need to know about Creation financing at EZ Living Furniture.
What is the minimum purchase amount?
The minimum purchase amount is £500. The maximum amount on any Creation Finance agreement is £25,000.
What interest am I charged, or are there any additional fees?
Creation offers interest-free finance at 0% APR for up to 36 months. For 48-month agreements, Creation offers a low-interest option at 9.9% APR.
There are no fees at the time of purchase. However, late or missed payment fees may apply once your agreement is active.
Can I apply online?
No. Your application must be completed in person at one of our participating EZ Living Furniture stores in Northern Ireland. Please bring valid identification with you when you visit the store.
Can I purchase any items with Creation?
You can purchase eligible furniture items using Creation Finance, except Christmas items, floor models and ex-display stock.
Do I need to give a deposit on a finance order?
Standard stock items do not require a deposit when using Creation Finance.
Custom-made or made-to-order items, such as sofas in your chosen fabric, require a 20% deposit. This deposit is deducted from your order total, and the remaining balance is the amount financed through Creation.
Your custom-made items will not be ordered until your Creation Finance agreement has been signed and the 14-day cooling-off period has passed. Custom-made items cannot be cancelled once they have been ordered.
How soon will I know if I have been accepted for finance?
Creation aims to provide a decision within 15 minutes while you are in-store. Occasionally, it may take longer if additional checks are required.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, you can collect your order. Once your finance agreement has been signed and the 14-day cooling-off period has passed, collection of your items can be arranged, subject to your complete order being available.
The person named on the finance agreement must collect the goods and provide acceptable identification.
When will my first payment be taken?
Repayments do not start until after delivery. Your first payment date is initially shown as 30 days after the date of your finance proposal.
If your goods are delivered within 20 days of the proposal date, your first payment date remains as shown on your loan agreement.
If your goods are delivered 21 days or more after the proposal date, your first payment date automatically moves to the same day of the next available month.
Examples:
- An agreement proposed on 5 October will initially show a first payment date of 5 November.
- If the goods are delivered on 27 October, the first payment date automatically moves to 5 December.
Creation does not allow payment dates on the 29th, 30th or 31st. These dates will instead default to the 1st of the following month.
Your first payment will not be taken until you have received your goods.
When should I expect my delivery after being accepted for finance?
Once you sign your finance agreement, the 14-day cooling-off period begins. After this period has passed, delivery will be arranged once your complete order is in stock.
Where can I get my goods delivered to?
When applying for finance, you can specify whether you want your order delivered to your current address or a different address, such as a new home you have purchased.
If you require delivery to a different address, you will need to provide proof of that address when applying for finance.
Can I receive part delivery of my order if some items are not due into stock for some time?
No. Part deliveries are not available for Creation Finance orders. Your complete order must be in stock before delivery can be arranged.
Do I need to be at home when my order is being delivered?
Yes. The person named on the finance agreement must be present to accept and sign for the delivery. Another person cannot accept delivery on their behalf.
I have received my order and have a query about my payments. Who should I contact?
For questions about your finance agreement or repayments, please contact Creation directly. When your application is approved, you will receive an email with details of how to access your online account, where you can manage your agreement and raise queries.
Can I pay off a finance agreement earlier than agreed?
Yes. You can make additional payments through the Creation online portal or contact Creation directly to discuss paying off your agreement early.
Can I return items purchased with Creation?
Online purchases: If you change your mind about an eligible online purchase, you have 14 days from receiving your goods to notify us of your intention to return them. You may inspect and handle the goods as you would in a shop. Items should be returned with all accessories and, where possible, in their original packaging. A reasonable deduction may apply if handling goes beyond what is necessary to assess the item's nature, characteristics and functioning. Returning the original packaging is not a condition of receiving a refund.
In-store purchases: Change-of-mind returns are not refundable. Where a return is accepted under our in-store returns policy, a store credit note will be issued instead of a refund. If an item does not fit, a 30% restocking charge may apply, and the item must be unused and in perfect resaleable condition.
Custom-made and special orders: These cannot be returned for a change of mind. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods.

Can I delay the delivery of items purchased on finance?
You can delay the delivery of your purchased items for a maximum of four weeks from the date you place your order.
Representative example:
£2,00.00 credit over 36 months. 36 monthly repayments of £55.56. APR is 0%. Total interest is £0. Total amount repayable is £2,000.
About the Finance Provider:
The finance provider is Creation. If approved for finance, it can only be used in-store, in our Crescent Link store. Finance applications are made via an online portal provided to us by Creation. Creation will first perform an eligibility check by sharing your details with credit-reference agencies. This check will not affect whether you can get credit in the future. If you pass the eligibility check a full credit check will be performed and this will show on your credit report. Creation charges late payment and missed payment fees which are subject to change. If you do not pass the eligibility check or if you are declined finance you will be provided with details on how Creation make their decisions. Your monthly payment and the term of the agreement are set and cannot be changed but addition payments can be made.
