Yes. Once approved for finance with Humm, you will receive an email explaining how to log in to your Humm account. You can make additional payments or pay off your outstanding balance early through your Humm account or the Humm app, available from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

For online purchases, you have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us if you wish to return an eligible item. You may inspect and handle goods as you would in a shop. Items should be returned with all accessories and, where possible, in their original packaging. A reasonable deduction may apply if handling goes beyond what is necessary to assess the item's nature, characteristics and functioning.

Made-to-order and clearly personalised items cannot be returned for a change of mind. Items subject to health or hygiene restrictions may also be excluded if unsealed after delivery, unless faulty.
