At EZ Living Furniture, we're committed to reducing waste and increasing recycling. Here's how we're making it easier for you to recycle:
Packaging Recycling:
- We remove unwanted packaging upon request. Unfortunately, we can't take away packaging for flat-packed items to avoid damaging them.
- You can return unwanted packaging to specific locations on designated days. Check below for locations and opening hours.
WEEE Recycling (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment):
- We accept old products such as lightbulbs, lighting, and batteries for recycling, ensuring they're disposed of correctly to minimize environmental harm and conserve resources. More information can be found on weeeireland.ie.
How to Return Old Products:
- You can return your old products to any EZ Living store or warehouse, free of charge, on a one-for-one, like-for-like basis. You're not required to make a purchase when returning old products. Ensure all WEEE and waste batteries are recycled and not placed in household wheelie bins.
Mattress Disposal:
- We offer a mattress disposal service for a small fee. A disposal bag will be provided for you to place the mattress in. Our delivery team will collect it from your doorstep.
- Mattress disposal fees:
- €39 for a single mattress (3ft)
- €39 for a small double mattress (4ft)
- €39 for a double mattress (4ft6”)
- €39 for a king mattress (5ft)
- €45 for a super king mattress (6ft)
Sofa Disposal:
- We don't offer sofa removal services. Please contact your local council or a private waste disposal company for sofa disposal options.
