Age Recommendations

Top Bunk: Strictly not suitable for children under 6 years old due to the risk of injury from falls.
Bottom Bunk: Not recommended for infants or toddlers under 3 years old.

Mattress & Fit Guidelines

Max Mattress Thickness: The top of the upper mattress must sit at least 16 cm (160mm) below the top of the guardrail. Do not exceed the safety line marked on the frame (Max recommended thickness: 15 cm).
Mattress Dimensions: Only use the specified mattress size for this frame (Standard Single: 90x190cm / Standard Double: 135x190cm). Ensure there are no gaps wider than 3cm between the mattress and the frame.

Positioning & Safety Rules

Wall Spacing: To prevent entrapment hazards, the gap between the top safety barrier and the wall must be less than 7.5 cm OR greater than 23 cm.
Strangulation Hazard: NEVER attach or hang items such as ropes, cords, belts, harnesses, or bags to any part of the bed structure.
Usage: Do not allow jumping or horseplay on or under the beds. The ladder must remain securely fixed to the frame at all times.
Maintenance: Periodically check and tighten all bolts, screws, and fixings to maintain structural integrity.

Maintenance

Remove dust using a barely damp lint-free cloth (ideally micro-fibre). Dust, when not removed, can become abrasive and damage the frame.
Wipe up any sticky areas or spills quickly using a barely damp microfibre cloth to avoid soakage. There should not be enough water in this cloth to leave a residue.
